A beach based, sweat fest, where you can let your hair down, dance like no ones watching and move closer to your body goals… 1 rep at a time!
When the sun goes down the volume goes up, the lights go on and the beats drop. Fitness Rockstars, Linda Chambers, Brian Cochrane & Hendrik Hoogenboezem will be delivering a world class workout and motivation to match. Session runs from 19:30-20:30.
Dubai’s top DJ’s in association with Mais Musica will be spinning tunes while we pump, jump and sweat into the night.
